Accessory Use
A. General. Accessory structure and/or use shall be located on the same lot of record as the principal building and/or use. If a principal building and/or use do not exist on a lot of record, an accessory structure or use may be constructed on such lot of record but shall be incidental and subordinate to any future principal building and/or use.

B. Location.
(1) Accessory structures shall be constructed in compliance with requirements for the zoning district in which such structure is located, except as noted elsewhere in this chapter.
